Well my username is my real name, only shortened. Yahoo! thought it up for me!:biggrin1: The "a" is for my first name, Alex. The "gnslz" is my shortened last name, which Lordpendragon (aka 'The Brain':biggrin1::tongue figured out! It is my last name, minus the vowels!:wink:

Hah, well a few of you know where I got my name. I have nothing to do with the actual character in the book, just liked the name, nothing else. I think that book, its crazy character names, and their intricate personalities, were actually an inspiration to the way that I characterize in my own stories, oddly enough. I didn't realize it at the time, or really ever, but I feel now that somehow they had an influence on me.

I was born in Hawai`i to a Russian father and an Irish mother, neither of which had any reason to be in Hawai`i other than the fact that they moved there. I lived there till I was about...14 then me and my mom moved to Balzak Alberta where I still live along with Boris, Fred, and Georgina, though I no longer live with the overbearing Irish woman who I take after so much. I learned Hawai`ian in school until we moved and my first word was leprechaun, then aloha.
