As an adult, I'm not so fond of him, but part of the fun of watching old Doctor Who reruns is to become a kid again.

I am from the USA, and all we used to get for Dr Who was really on PBS. We were always told it wasnt very good.. and quite cheesy so I never watched it.

Sooo Sci Fi channel here did hosted the series.. and I watched one episode.. and LOVED it. I really enjoy it and have taped marathons on BBC America. WE JUST got Torchwood last week.

My dilemma is that on Sci Fi we are seeing the first season with Billie Piper but on the BBC America we are seeing Rose still. This season premier episode was the Dr changing and such... so I am watching 2 seasons at once. It was quite confusing, trust me. Also, I believe we get edited/censored versions. I'll look aty the second Torchwood and see but the first one I saw had no nudity.

I adore David.. the follow up show on BBC America was his appearance on Graham Norton, where he discussed farting on Billie in the Tardis.

I cannot believe I never saw this show... ignorance is bliss huh... I have my DVR set for every possible episode on both channels. Even Torchwood, which didnt really impress me that much off the bat, but I will give it time.

Yep - ours are edited. They definitely bleeped a few words out of Torchwood. My main gripe with BBC America is that they don't show Doctor Who in widescreen.
