No. Rape is quite natural as it occurs frequently in nature, but it is humans that have made it "criminal". Without humans rape wouldn't be criminalized and it's still going to exist long after we are gone.
This just refers back to my appeal to nature fallacy (which for some reason you fail to understand), that just because something is natural doesn't make it good.

Provide me five scientific references that use the word 'rape' to refer to sexual acts in the animal kingdom.
Don't just provide photos.
You mention 'within this paradigm': specify exactly what you mean or drop the general babblespeak.
I don't care what you think rape is--I want you to stick to consensual, generally and widely acceped definitions of rape, which are legal, social, or scientific.

It's clear that you're attempt at intelligence is just a ruse. You realize there is more to a word then the legal definition? No matter how you slice it, rape is sexual intercourse without consent, and that happens in the wild quite often (if not all the time).
Just accept it and move on, you clearly are not able to grasp the fallacy I'm displaying

the word rape is applied to humans as a general rule... but with that exception there is no universally accepted legal or social definition... remember the rape of the lock?
this is why the word paradigm (or model) was included.... the paradigm of forced sexual coercion between animals (which matches well with the word rape)... is an area highly researched
there are socio and biological theories of rape... many of these scientific theories seek to account for the behavior of all organisms..... fish all the way up to humans

I believe one such theory is genetic extinction. Under that threat if usual methods don't acquire a mate then more forceful methods are needed.
