I, for one, will never buy another Yummy product. I purchased Yummy 9. Over a month ago I received notification that orders were shipping. Since then absolutely nothing. This is the second time I have ordered from them. The last time I went through the same thing. After I received that order, they replied to my emails, saying to forgive them, they are a small company and they were all banding together to fulfill orders. They obviously have no intention of improving their customer service as I am experiencing the same thing all over again.

Yummy has been selling their products for a few years now. And reading reviews on this forum during that time, absolutely nothing has improved.

For me, absolutely no model is worth the time and headache. If you dont feel comfortable in never ordering from them again at least stop pre-ordering. All they are doing is collecting interest on your money for as long as they can.
