Agreed, he's definitely too big for most fashion, and would be best classified as a fitness or underwear model. In my experience the jacket size is even smaller: US 38 /Euro 48 jacket for men's runway samples, although generally 32 waist for pants —it's how I have gotten away with buying unproduced runway samples for the past 2 decades.
