It is not true that the number of the circumcisions of Caucasians and Orientals in the USA are fewer. The number is 80-90% since World War II. Also the number of African-Americans have increased a lot. There are two reasons for less in the overall statistics (1)the number of Latinos with very large families are increasing. They generally do not circumcise for cultural reasons. (The number of Latinos are in the majority in many cities in the USA.) If you include the few Latino circumcisions, then the statistics are 50% overall. (2) There are fewer circumcisions in hospitals because the mothers go home the next day after giving birth. Circumcisions are now a hospital out-patient procedure as well as many done in clinics and doctors' offices. There are no statistics for these circumcisions.
