Does anybody know if or how this new Take It Down law affects what we can post in here?

President Trump signed the Take It Down Act today. According to the new law, online platforms must remove non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. While the law has been primarily lauded for protecting girls from escalating threats of exploitation, it also helps professional women whose careers could be devastated by the technology.

AI-powered apps now make it easy to take an ordinary photo and generate realistic nude images of the subject without their consent. These deepfakes, often created and shared without the victim’s knowledge, are becoming more prevalent. These images are are sometimes referred to as “revenge porn.” In a recent survey of 1,200 young people, 10% said they knew someone who had been targeted, while 6% reported being victims themselves. Victims experience anxiety, depression, and, in some cases, have taken their own lives

Anything falling under this law was already against site TOS anyway. So this changes very little in regards to what is posted here daily (and what gets reported)

That's a lot of ass

True. But he's a scumbag, disrespectful, bitch ass nigga. I spent about 3 stacks with him over a 3 year period. But he decided last month that he would rather cheat me out of $100, keep playing games about a simple ass custom request I gave him, call me every "phaggot" he could come up with & then block me.....instead of keeping his word. Fuck him.
