I tried going to Paradise a couple of weeks ago and it was closed. I was told the site had sold and would be redeveloped into condominiums.

I heard that no one is really sure if it's closed for redevelopment or due to Covid. I suspect the latter since the building was sold some years ago and there is still no planning permission.

Damn...I never made it there and was hoping to go soon when Covid started to ease up.

Forget King Spa, I went once when I visited Chicago, took an Uber there and they refused me entry because "they could smell" the one glass of wine I had with dinner.

Sir Spa is a hair salon for men with massage services. They do have a locker room & a steam room. This place is not a King Spa place. It is very quiet, low traffic. It is a very nice place for a full massage spa thick bath robe experience.

Yes - I heard closed for good. The building will be bulldozed & condos built in that location. Not a surprise, that area has gentrified alot in the last 10 years.

A lot of history there. It was a place where hundreds if not thousands of closeted guys could get some relief while having the cover of being in a "Korean spa," as opposed to SteamWorks where they could not be seen. No explaining that away of you saw someone you knew.
