Yesterday, I was doing handwork at the office and did some loud noise. My neighbor, a quiet massotherapeutre, was quite annoyed and told me too stop everything. And did call my boss to complain.
Instead of escalating the argument, and you KNOW how much it's get to you, and you just want to send the argument back. I decided to make her a nice cd of peaceful music that I give her this morning.

I think that I just destabilized her a lot more, then just escalating the argument and it only took me 10 min and 0,5$ of cd. I did put stop to the negative energies that was building up. I seen some major domino effect from built up negative energies, it's scary.
Well You can change that by simply stop the escalating process. Please today, do something similar, show them, the intolerant, the negative, the aggressive peoples that affect your day, by sending the total opposite message. Your going to change both your day.
