My balls are pretty big and hang pretty heavy most of the time, but they know to come up close to my body once I start going into cardio mode, so they aren't bouncing around everywhere. If they didn't, I would have to wear compression shorts, which I hate since I like the freedom and the airflow, so thankfully I don't have to.

That's the matter. When I run, my tool shrinks to about 1.5 inches and so do my balls. Thus, there's neither flopping nor bouncing going on. I feel rather free when I do so, though.
