It's pretty easy to see what he's "packin". He obviously wears boxers and he dresses to his right. I have been able to see the outline on many occasions. Especially when he is wearing suit pants. Not really big but has some hang. More length than girth. Im just sayin...

Interesting question. This morning he was doing the gift bit for his colleagues at the Today Show. A woman dressed in traditional garb came on and I thought that I detected the beginnings of a hard-on. Of course, I would have preferred to see that reaction when Meredith asked if he was going to a hammam.
