I honestly thought pads too. But when the video dropped they way they moved when he shook em kinda looked like how those injected butts jiggle. So I'm not sure. (If that was him)

But I was riding hard for the pads theory caz it does look like it fluctuates a lot.
I should have known that ass was too good to be true. I been trying to get a meatier and thicker booty naturally. I'm so small framed but I have little something but I want that booty to sit-up right and clap when bae hitting it doggy style.


I had been in lust and inspired by NN booty but I kept wondering if it was real. Some vids it's looks too big and other vids it looks smaller. Some vids it be sitting up just right.

In any case, I'm trying to get that damn booty. A round nice bigger fuller ass for this summer....well for every summer. It jiggle but I need some more roundness.

ometimes a bigger butt comes w/ genetics. They're more prone to get it either being born with it, or by working out and the results sticking.

What you wanna do is some heavy workouts that target the glutes. but you kinda wanna maybe up the intake in some fatty foods so when you bulk, your body is targeting those areas.

Try these pdf's. they were done by a guy who was pretty famous for his workouts before he up'd and left the internet behind for I'm guessing was over exposure.

Some other guys you see peddling butt workouts, I wan't you to keep in mind have likely had butt enhancement surgery (like Bry@n #@wn allegedly. regardless his book isn't my cup of tea either.)

It's a lot of work but this is a 12 week program that i can admit is pretty solid. There are a couple others out there I can find for you.

There are indeed supplements you can take that add mass, though I don't know any that are 100% glute specific. Usually they are all body encompassing, but I've known people who bulked to get the gain they want and cut to kinda bring everything else back down while maintaining their butt.

But check this out, it might be able to help you. IDK your starting point but these are pretty good references for now. Squats can only take you so far and is a generic answer people like to trot out but you have to put in a lot of work with a lot of other exercises.

So far, the one ass that is big and looks authentic that would like (for someone of my small size at least) is the black gay stripper Suki Lee. His butt is phenomenal.

I agree with all you said and your helpful advice to others.

I would say NN's body type is more on the mesomorph side. He was thin at one stage but a mesomorph body type can be slim and once workedout produce great results like he has. His waist is ridiculous. I no a couple of guys with his body type and I envy that small waist lol. Like most people on IG he too photoshops his pics to make key areas of his body pop. I think it's kind of obvious he has had work done on his butt. But he does workout hard to keep the balance.
