I often hear guys say that permanent gains from pumping are a myth. Based on my own experience, permanent gains are not only real but can be very substantial. I started pumping at age 45, pumping on-average 3 times a week in sessions 15 minutes long and using vacuum no higher than 15 inches (400 mm) Hg - essentially the same as current FDA guidelines. When I started, I was 5.25" long x 4.75" girth. Now, after 30+ years, I'm 7.5" long x 6.25" girth ... and that's not just the temporary gain that lasts for a day or so after pumping ... it's my normal size a week or more after any pumping. But for it to work, you have to have keep up the routine for years. It's just like building muscle mass, but it takes much longer.
