Runners?

We have a bit of sleet here. Not as nice as snow. I need to get the cleats for my sneakers so its safer. Too many runners get hurt this time of year. Be safe out there

Lined shorts and a t-shirt

if cold, compression leggings and the above …
When the temperature drops below 50, I wear running tights commando. Below 30, I’ll wear a thong underneath. And below 20, I add pantyhose under the tights. What I wear above the waist depends heavily on the wind chill.

And above 50? Nothing?

My closest to that was a 5 mile beach run on the waterline sand af St Pete Beach, wearing just Kiniki tan thru shorts, and barefoot. They are very, very thin and practically transparent.

Above 50 degrees, I usually wore compression shorts or split leg running shorts which barely covered my ass and package and made my short stubby legs look longer. Lol!

I guess it made all three legs look longer? :grinning:

Pity you cant use it for running!
Sometimes on an older pair of split shorts, the elastic around the leg opening would give out and even with my modest endowment, I'd be flopping out while running and there's not a lot of short to cover anything that's unconstrained.

That would have been hot to watch! Never seen that happen unfortunately. I did see a guy getting an erection during warming up or cooling down however, wearing short tights that were absolutely useless in concealing that ;)

I'm another lockdown runner. Warm weather= lycra shorts with a thong underneath to keep the assets steady, cold= lycra running tights. Tee shirt strictly optional and usually carried in my hand to wipe away sweat. In rain rugby shorts with Speedos underneath and when I get out in the wilderness it's off with the shorts, providing no one about.

Do a lot of trail running so need a sole with rubber spikes. Walsh seem best so far, tried Cheviots also and New Balance TBEN, really expensive for what they were

I have been doing a lot more of pushing weights. I still run every day, but not as far as when i was marathon training. Still get in at least a mile a day. Tricky this time of year with the weather. All about the thongs and the tights to stay warm.

Yeah If I go out for a run everyday I need a lot of gear :D
I try to run 3 times a week now that there is more daylight.
