I just moved in with my best friend this school year in an apartment. I want to spy on him with a camera or something while he's in the bath or jerking off in his bed. Any help on how I would do so? He's room is right across from mine.
dude, if someone did that to me I would beat the hell out of them!

I feel that spying on someone who trusts you is a violation of that trust. Yes I am a exhibitionist and love to show off, however I do have a reasonable expectation of privacy as well. Several years back I rented an apartment, a few days later the landlord came in to install some smoke detectors, little did I know that there were cameras in there and that I was being spied on, I thought this was a complete violation of privacy, the smoke detectors were not the only place that had cameras either. I freaked out when I found out, felt so violated. So in my opinion I do not think you should spy on the guy. Maybe you could invite him to the gym to work out and catch a glimpse of what he's got other than that, just let things be

Okay, you've talked me out of it.

Read the threads on prison if you want incentive to grow some ethics and conscience. Having thoughts is fine but don't actually do these illegal and immoral things to others.

I am scared of some of the shit I'm reading. I never realized that so much plotting went into sex.

high school is a good place for being introduced to the plotting that goes into sex. you can also watch the soaps or chic flix as a refresher course.

are you really 25?

I think pretty much everything has been said on this subject. Spying on someone without their knowledge or consent is 1) illegal and 2) highly unacceptable behavior. The recent news about a gay teenager committing suicide because he was secretly filmed having relations with another man detailed how the guy who set up the webcam is looking at up to 5 years in prison for the invasion of privacy.

In short, don't do it - legally and ethically it's not cool.

Yes, I'm really 25. I just don't believe in playing with people like they're in a game of chess. I guess I grew up. Relationships are work, sexual experiences/booty calls shouldn't be. If you want something, explain your interest and ask- you'll either get a yes or a no.

The more direct approach, in my opinion, would be to let yourself get caught having a nice wank on the sofa to some porn when he comes home (making sure that it's a time when he's coming home ALONE!). Instead of being all wigged out and running to your bedroom, just calmly look up and say "Hey, bro, wassup?" If he doesn't freak out, say something like "Dude, you've got to see the hot babe in this scene coming up! Have a seat." If he does freak out, apologize and say that you weren't expecting him home, move to your room and leave it at that.

I mean, who the hell really does this?! That's just creepy. Don't get me wrong- I don't think it's creepy that a roommate would masturbate in the living room. That part doesn't even bother me, personally; hell, 9 times out of 10, I'd either watch or participate. I do find it creepy that someone would just bust out their junk at a random moment, risking a friendship and a comfortable living situation, just to jack off together. Dude, take your ass to clickatrickdotcom and invite as many strangers as you want to jerk off with- no harm done.

And to the original poster- you want to record him in an act? Isn't that why that sweet, young man jumped from a bridge a couple of weeks ago, and the guilty parties are facing jail time?

This thread is just creepy.

First of all, imo, spying on someone for sexual reasons is just creepy to another level.
There have been many reports in the news, even prior to Tyler Clemente, about people being caught spying on other people for sexual gratification.
If you want to check out your friend's stuff, there have been many other good legitimate suggestions made for you to do so.

This thread is just creepy.

I thought so instantly when I read the OP's post. I can understand wanting to see a hot roommate naked but immediately going to wanting to secretly film him?? I don't think so.

Even prior to the Tyler Clementi tragedy, there have been so many news stories of people illegally using cameras to record others in salacious or sexual situations that I find it difficult to believe that anyone could be unaware of the legal ramifications. And I find it pitiable and saddening that they're blind to the moral ones.

Yeah, the government spy on my room via the satellite. If people spy on each other, they break the privacy law. But if the government spy on you, they are protecting the country. Yeah, hypocrisy prevails !!!

If you want to see him naked, invite him to the gym to workout with you followed by a long sauna and shower. That's how I saw all of my hot buddies naked. Filming someone without their knowledge is not only illegal, it's immoral.
