I've been using Magnum XLs for years, but we've had to go back to using condoms every day, so I recently got some various types of Magnums to try them out - I'm 7.5x6":

Magnum Large/Magnum XL: Most people don't realise that these are practically identical, but the Large has a narrower head and a (slightly) wider shaft than the XL. The widest part of my cock isn't the head, but I can't really tell the difference between the Large and the XL.

Magnum Thin: The second time I used one of these, it broke, and we weren't even fucking that hard. The Thins feel much better than the Large/XL but they don't seem to be wide enough for a 6" girth :(.

Magnum Ecstasy: There are only 10 of these in a box instead of 12 because they're bigger rolled up, although it's certainly fun to take the massive condom packet out of the drawer ;). The top half of these is a lot wider, and I think they feel a bit more comfortable than the XLs - the GF seems to like them too. They have some annoying sticky lube on them though, and I don't think they're worth the extra cost.

I enjoy Nahum ecstasy. I have a good goth so these work well for me

FYI. Mysize condom sizing on some sites (Amazon) seemed off to me. 69mm was recommended for 5.5" to 5.9" girth. I am 5.9" and barely filled them out with little to no stretch. 60mm seemed too snug when I tried them. I recommend trying the 64mm if you have comparable girth.

just reading this thread made my cock hurt. I had to learn what condom to wear too. I've been big since i was young and just assumed magnums were what the heft of cock wore. I had been forcing my cock into magnums for years even to the point of cock bruising (which a lot of you can relate)... it took my recent g/f of the last 3 years asking me why i struggled so hard to put on a condom. It dawned on me only then that it shouldn't be such a struggle but i only grew up knowing discomfort, went up to XL and found the girth wasn't much of a different fit. Now i happily wear Skyn Large. best feeling condom ever inside a warm body

New here, and just starting to hit the dating scene after a couple of very long term relationships. Search functionality on this site kinda stinks, so I am just posting to see what others do.

Short of going with a female condom, is there anything here in the US for a substantial guy like me? I am about 8.5 by 8 when fully at attention. I have tried Magnum XL, but I look like a stuffed sausage, and I get absolutely no feeling, and I go from being able to hit it for 30+ minutes to deflated in seconds once I put a condom on. I tried cialis, viagra et al, but nothing can keep me hard in such a confined, sensation free situation.

Doing math made me realize that I need roughly a 2.5" wide condom to be just under my 8" girth, but there aren't any sold in the US, and the only ones I can find are in EU.

Thought from other guys in the same predicament?

I just bought Magnum xl's, they're pretty tight still but they'll do.

They'll do if I don't want to finish myself, or her, off. I just can't keep it up in a magnum XL, but I can't find anything bigger.

I'd like to keep the kids to what I have now and not catch anything.

Over the counter anything in the US is pretty much the same width, around 1.8" wide, +/- an eighth of an inch or so.(goes for magnum XLs, Skin XL, etc, etc).

Next size up would be "they fit/corpia condoms" (yes corpia sells to the US, i used to order them, takes about 2 weeks to get here and run around $2 a pop or $24 for 12). The widest size corpia/they has is around 2.2", which come in 2 lengths.

After that you are pretty much out of options short of the female condoms that are around 2.8" wide.

Obviously those who assert that "one size fits all" are wrong.

For the many American readers on this site - the hung Americans here should take note that American condoms do not cater to bigger girthed guys. American law won't let American manufacturers make bigger condoms; so they're stuck with branding which suggests that Trojan are adequate for men with a lot of girth. They often are not, unless those men can make do with 53-58mm condoms; i.e. slightly-above average girthed cocks.

If you live in the European Union, and you're well-endowed in the girth Dept, then you need to order MySize condoms. They cater up to 69mm (far above the American legal limit; which is why they're not sold in the USA). More here:

www.mysize-condoms.com: MY.SIZE measuring tape to find your custom size condom
My Size Condoms 64mm x36 XXL Extra Large Condoms (German Engineering at its best): Amazon.co.uk: Beauty

Durex products are condom equivalent of the the most frequently sold shoe sizes. Durex simply don't make condoms for the bigger man. I had to stop using them after they caused me pain. The key when condom-shopping is girth, i.e. the millimeter (mm) size quoted on the packaging. Most Durex and Trojan condoms cater to guys whose girth is 52-58mm; MySize cater to guys right up to 69mm (i.e. 6.5inches around).

If you are hung and you live in the European Union, then you need this My-Size Condoms. The rest of this thread is irrelevant to you.

If you are hung and American, then you need to lobby the FDA to change the law so that condoms can be sold in your size. Simple as that.

Not entirely accurate information in regards to rules for US condom size. The exact verbiage of the FDA guidelines are:

Provide all relevant product specifications that adequately characterize the condom. Given below is an example of how this information should be given.

Typical (Average) Product Characteristics
Nominal length (mm)
Nominal width (mm)
Nominal thickness (mm)
Air burst test pressure
Air burst test volume
Materials of the primary package (individual condom packet)
Lubricant system (include viscosity

Source:
www.fda.gov: Guidance for Industry: Latex Condoms for Men - Information for 510(k) Premarket Notifications: Use of Consensus Standards for Abbreviated Submissions

There are no specific condom maximum or minimum sizes listed by the FDA. Manufacturers choose what size to make/sell.

Disregard and delete above post. Obviously I skipped right over #4

1. Manufactured from good quality natural rubber latex.(ammoniated), conforming to Specification ASTM D 1076-97 1.
2. Meets criteria that toxic, sensitizing, locally irritating, or otherwise harmful substances are not released or liberated
3. Minimum length is 160 mm
4. Maximum width is 54 mm

I find regular magnum are a good length but the head room is tight and with the xl the head room is good but there a little longer and the bottom is too tight due to the extra length rolled up creating a tourniquet on my dick. So what I like to do is keep rolling the xl all the way and pull it till its completely unraveled then with the extra length ill pull it back down and fold it in half somewhere in the middle image.jpg

This is how the xl looks when I roll it on regular the picture above is when I use the unroll and tuck method View attachment 443003

Great idea. I had the same experience. Magnum xl flare nicely for the glans but they are tight at the base as you say, also because they taper to smaller diameter. Again; I say order My Size from Amazon. Worked best for me.

I agree...mysize condoms work great...after you've measured and fitted correctly, of course.
