Mayhaps, but when it's my turn to march up to glory, I'm gonna have one hell of a story.

Praise the lord and pass the ammunition.

What's for breakfast? The Dixie Chicks!

One slice of toasted homemade high-protein bread, a glass of orange juice, and coffee.

Side note: Stronzo, I know that in the common parlance, "supper" is the evening meal for many... but etymology-wise, breakfast is the first meal (break your sleeping fast); that one's easy. But what about lunch, dinner, and supper? Technically, your largest meal of the day is dinner. So if you have a big meal mid-day, and a lighter meal in the evening, that would be dinner and supper. If you have a lighter meal mid-day, and your biggest meal in the evening, it would be lunch and dinner.

"Supper" is from the same root word as "sip", meaning just a little bit.

Coffee, coffee and coffee. I know - not good.

I'd rather talk about lunch - mmmm. Lunch date with very pregnant friend at the Pampered Palette where I will order THE BEST pesto chicken spinach wrap in the city (and chips).

Thanks Lex,

I am doing the gym and trying to eat right.I had no idea it would take this long. TEll me if I dont eat enough will that impede my weight loss? I am doing the points system and I am not even getting on the scale because I think I am going to get worked up if I do. But folks tell me I look smaller....

I try to have cereal or fresh fruit with yoghurt and juice but Mon-Fri if I'm working in town I too often seem to end up with Cappuccino (decaff) and something unhealthy.

Weekends I try to keep to the plan. Wherever possible on Sundays I'll try to eat out for Breakfast, it's the best meal of the day to eat out. Great Israeli cafe in Golders Green....Shakshuka, Tea and maybe something sweet or perhaps scrambled eggs with salmon with a smoothie and of course the Sunday papers.

Kellog's All-Bran Buds [high, high fibre], soya milk, banana, some Korean radish, large cup of Sumatran coffee.
A heart-healthy diet, even though my blood tests are oddly good.
But family history ain't so good -- and I don't want to invite an early visit from Scythe Man.
(But he doesn't always ask.)
