In my opinion he is the handsomest male individual* on Earth – probably in history! Although he seems unaware of that, otherwise he wouldn’t ruin his Apollonian face with overlay textIf this isn't perfection, then what is it?

* Please note I didn’t write “man” on purpose – I have still to decide whether he is a superman or an angel.

As for perfection I have to disagree, because even if he has the most aesthetic upper body among natural** trainers, his legs don’t match the aesthetic marvel of the upper body. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t bad, just not as excellent as they could be with more training (you may notice that he never posted a leg workout video).
** I believe he is natural as he says.

Surely he is aware of that, because he is wary to show them, and even at the beach he wears horrible black shorts instead of swim trunks (he gets sistematically some negative comments when he does that, but he ignores them).
Anyway, he is one of the most serious fitness influencers on IG. By “serious” I mean he is really dedicated to sculpting his body (his motto is “bringing back aesthetics”), not just to getting many likes on IG with silly reels that look like thirst traps. He even published a “Guide on aesthetics”, which is a commendable task, although I’d be surprised if twelve people have bought it (he sells it at £30).
But I’m happy he has still room for improvement, I want to see if he “walks the talk” and develops beautiful legs – at his height of 194 cm he would appear magnificent with big legs. And of course I want to see what he wants to do next; for now, he seems stuck at posting endless variations of the same shirtless posing reel. However, he did some little modeling gig:

So I strongly hope he wants to become a fitness model. With a lower body that matches is upper and if he shaves hig legs and armpits, he could become the next Dan Khan. Or he can decide to become a bodybuilder: with his elite genetics and awesome mesomorph physique, he could be the tallest, biggest and most aesthetic bodybuilder on stage
. Although I understand that for now he doesn’t want to hop on gear; will he resist to the call of the dark side
?
Besides that, surely you have noticed that he travels a lot: recently he has been to Ohio, New York, Puerto Rico, Florida (maybe I’m missing some location). Considering that he lives in UK and his only job qualification is diplomed electrician, I wonder where he gets all the money needed for these expensive travels, made with no clearly stated purpose. Surely not from the Gymshark sponsorship. Any thought?
In his YT videos he is driving a car with driver’s seat on the right, so he must be British. (If you haven’t watched them yet, here is the handle of his channel: @jackbaronfitness).oh thanks for your take, i thought he was American for some reason lol. but damn that is tall!!!
i mean if he is from the UK, traveling around in EU is super easy and cheap, but i see your pointIn his YT videos he is driving a car with driver’s seat on the right, so he must be British. (If you haven’t watched them yet, here is the handle of his channel: @jackbaronfitness).
About the height, I deduce it from the comparison with Matis Mallie, who claims to be that tall: they were together at a Gymshark event and they looked the same height (but Jack is probably 20 kg heavier than Matis). Jack states it in the less precise imperial units as 6′4″, which can be from 193 to 195 cm.
As you may know, tall trainers have more difficulty at appearing jacked, because what matters in aesthetics are proportions and tall people need to be “wider” than short people to look as ripped as them. This article explains well why tall bodybuilders are disadvantaged.
Anyway, a superman like Jack can overcome any obstacle, if he puts his mind on it. He appears genuinely serious about training on IG, although he sometimes comes out with idiotic statements like this one:

Even if he said it in jest, it isn’t funny. I also noticed that he stopped interacting with comments on his recent posts; this month they received less likes than in the past – is he getting already despondent of social media? (The number of his followers never skyrocketed, while other influencers are well above 100k with worse content.)
~~~
I forgot to mention that he has been in the Death Valley and in Italy, too.
