This might not work depending on your body type but this is what i do:
I lie on my back and wedge tissues on either side of waist. When I cum I aim for the vally made by my abs (I aim as low as possible, if i aim high it will shoot overy my head). The cum that is not contained within the abs will either stick to my chest somewhere or slide down my waist (works if waist is thin in comparison to hips and rib cage) where the tisues will collect it.
