I think he realized that his chances of ever being back in WWE are slim to none so he's gonna try and get as much money as possible for as little effort as possible before people forget who he even is. Which is sad because, I'd support him if he leaned in to being a pornstar. Shame indeed.

What’s so sad he was on his way to a multimillion dollar contract with WWE. But he screwed it up. I think the hesitancy is the slim chance he could make a comeback. I think if he realizes that isn’t happening. He may lean into porn a bit more. But wrestling is a funny business. You never say never.

Id say it's pretty much a done deal with WWE. Like you said, he was on the cusp of being a main eventer. I doubt he'll be brought back but if he is, I bet it'll be to reunite RK-Bro. Good news Randy's contract doesn't go up for renewal until 2030. So you're right. It could happen.
