First of all, let me preface this by saying I had a short 3 day vacation here and in no way will my experiences be accurate 100% of the time.

Day 1: DGI Swimming Hall. This has open showers and a small sauna that only fits a maximum of 8 people. It won't be very fun if it's crowded, but it was ok for me. I went here on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. There's a mix of clientele young and old. The swim itself has a round pool where you can swim laps, but besides that everything else is for kids.

Day 2: Ribersborgs kallbadhus in Malmö. This was by far the most relaxing! I came in here around 3pm on a Friday. You need to take the train for about 25 minutes to get across the bridge into Sweden. Then you need to take a bus from Malmö central station for about 10 minutes to Ribersborgs. You'll see a pier that serves as a restaurant in addition to it being a sauna. Upon entering, just say you want to do the bath, and it'll be around $9.50-$10usd. They separate by gender and everyone is completely naked. Luckily it was a sunny day so everyone there was sunbathing, going into the sauna, then going out to take a swim out in the ocean. As for having "fun" there isn't much of it at all. There is this one area in the far corner that partially faces the shoreline and the ocean. There was one really fat guy lying down with a boner, and an old man reading while playing with his cock (both not interesting to me). I ended up staying here walking around resting, sunbathing, and going back to the sauna for about 3 hours (there's no time limit)

Day 3: Sjællandsgadebad. Basically a place where you can shower and go to the sauna. I found this online because it looked unique and has many bathtubs. After going inside however, hardly anyone was taking a bath, but just going into the sauna. I went here on a Saturday and for about $7usd, they have many bathtubs and showers, one sauna and one cold plunge pool (think about large bucket style that only fits one person). Mix of ages and ethnicities. I ended up staying for about an hour because I felt I had enough.

Fredericksb*rg Swimming Hall. Read about this online as they have "luxury changing rooms" only 16+ that contains its own sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool. You also have access to the regular changing room everyone else has as well as access to the 25m pool. After doing laps for about 30 min, I went into the locker room and noticed this cute 20-something guy (I'm in my 30s). I remembered I swam in the same lane as him but now he was naked in the showers. Went to the steam room for a little while then noticed he came to sit down as well. I was seated in the middle area and he was to my right. Wasn't sure what to do, so I wanted to get a better look at him and moved up to the top. He soon left and I left a couple minutes after. Went into the sauna and saw him seated in the corner, back up against the wall, knees up. After sitting down and us both not moving for a couple of minutes, I decided to lay down on my back on the top row. Soon I noticed his eyes peaking over, then we both mutually started to touch ourselves. I came down to the first row. The "50-something" and I end up showering next to each other and talking about my vacation so far. I see "20-something" walk out with his swimming trunks on as he gives us a wink. This makes me feel like my vacation was worth it because I got exactly what I was looking for!

This thread isn't about gay cruising and you doing this is the reason why open showers are being closed and normal people start feeling uncomfortable being naked in public places.

anyone been to The Well Spa near Oslo? I’ll be going in October. I would love to hear anyone’s experience. I was planning on staying at their hotel.
I know there’s no sexual activity there. But I am intrigued by the Scandinavian men.

I have. Check which days to go. Some days, people are allowed to wear a swimsuit in the saunas and steam rooms so there might not be as much nudity. Changing room has an open shower but also some private and semi-private showers. A lot of couples. Saw some hot guys there but I guess it depends when you go.

Nudity is encouraged but not enforced at the well. On Tuesdays swimsuits (you have to buy the swimsuit at the venue) is mandatory. Some men are nude there but less than 50%. Nudism is mandatry in the saunas there.

Went to Rudas Bath in Budapest this year. Since it was high season it was a mixed day. All pretty normal but in the showers of the first floor are divided but open. Saw a lot of naked guys in here. There was a group of Denmark boys all naked showering almost together. Fully recommended. Can’t wait to go on a male only day
