Oh nooo! Let me clarify, because your right Toyota's are great vehicles. I hated THAT car. My Dad bought it from some farmer who used it to tote chickens and god knows what else around. It smelled and I swear I never did get all the hay out of it. My Dad had a fucked up sense of humor back then and I think that was his way of saying "If I'm paying, your suffering". Haha! I drive a Toyota 4runner now, so yeah, I love Toyota's....just not farm cars - WTF, right?

Haha, thanks for the clarification! For a moment there I thougt I was going to have to convert you to Toyotaism :biggrin1:

Oh, this thread should be lots of fun!

My first car was a 1990 Chrysler LeBaron...and my first job in HS was as a waiter for a local TexMex restaurant. Enjoy the photo, all jibes welcome. (Photo ca. 1992)

My current ride is a 1993 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, which I have happily tweaked here and there over the last 8 years. (Photo 12/2005)

I think the most fun car that my family ever had was a 1964 Simca 1000. Mom and 4 teenage kids would fit into that thing, believe it or not. It was a rear engine car. On Friday nights we'd head out for the Drive-In movie. We'd arrive early so the younger kids could play on the swings and stuff under the screen and we'd park on the front row so there'd be plenty of room and no car traffic. It must have been some sight to see us lift the hood on the Simca and pull out 5 folding chairs, blankets and a picnic basket. I'd set the movie speaker on the front of the car and we'd lounge on the gravel and watch the movie when the sun went down. That little car also took us to the beach, to Washington, D.C. and other family places until Mom sold it to me to drive to college. That was the car I traded for the '67 Mustang I mentioned earlier.

1969 Ford LTD, bought for $35, didn't run at the time I bought it, 2 hours after I got it home, it was running, I was hell on wheels, I was 15, didn't have my license yet, had no tags on the car, no insurance, it's a wonder that I never got into trouble with the law, ahh the memories of that old car, the things that I done in that car back then would have been a slap on the hand which these days would have been considered a major felony, lol.

Well I actually was lookin at it from a more practical sense - plenty of room in the back. Don't worry, I won't flirt with you any more. At least I'll try not to. OK, no promises...

This is funny... a forum for large penises, and it appears that nobody is "compensating" by owning fast or expensive cars... lol

Mine was an '86 Civic DX hatchback. That got blasted by a woman running a red light, and I found an '86 Si hatch to replace it. That sucker's still going, and I'm thinking of buying it back from my coworker and turning it into a dedicated track car.

Currently drive an '02 Si hatch with a lot of tweaks. Major motor mods are all that's left to do on it (while keeping it streetable, that is).

1973 VW Super Beetle. Orange. Super Beetles differed from regular Beetles with a curved rather than flat windshield, struts instead of the torque tube front suspension, and a bigger nose/trunk/boot. Tall skinny tires and rear-engine weight distribution meant good driving in snow. Would drop $10 in gas and it would last 8-10 days :biggrin1:

My coolest car ever: 1974 Plymouth Fury Gran Coupe. The Bronze Bomber. A 400 but I told those who wouldn't know it was a 440. Edelbrock, B&M, MSD, duals, 265s all around on Prime rims. Good stereo system.

I would post pics as I've taken plenty of all the cars I've owned over the years - but don't want to clog up the gallery. And I've learned my lesson about posting attachments you can't remove (thanks again, Pecker!).

Mine was an '81 Mustang that I was fortunate enough to have the money to buy right out of the showroom. Bought it the day before I got my driver's license, which was pretty optimistic now that I look back on it. I loved that car...wish I still had it.

that is pretty sweet.!
Something sour: my first car: a 1972 Chevy Vega hatchback. At 18 my mother talked me into buying it against my better judgement. My judgement was correct. That two year old car only lasted another two years. Body rust and engine overheating did it in. I later learned that the overheating was caused by a weakness in the block allowing it to warp. The transmission was a 2-speed automatic that was derived from a 1950s "powerglide" design. When the gas pedal was floored, not much happened. It got about 18-20 MPG in the city even though the engine was only 2.3L.

There wasn't much that I liked about it but I liked its manual steering. It was a light car so it didn't need power steering when moving.
