I pee with the foreskin and when done I squeeze the penis and dry it with toilet paper making sure it doesn't stick to the glans.

I think it's clean enough to not leave pee stains on the undies.

Whether I grab it depends on where. If I am standing in front of something where good aim is necessary I usually hold my penis and also pull my foreskin back a little bit. So I go to the bathroom and I rarely wear underwear, so I pee standing up but I like to take my time. I noticed that I pee better if I'm sort of semihard, so I take out my cock and do a bit of silly shaking, slapping in my hand, helicoptering and such. - If it's a toilet I sit, and if it's a urinal I aim to one side to avoid splash-back

Quite a specific procedure as peeing standing up without making a mess is a little challenging for me, as you’ll see…

Unzip, coax penis through fly often with a gentle tug.
Holding it out firmly with one hand, separate and part pubic hair to avoid tangles with foreskin.
Peel back a little to expose head.
Lean forward to ensure stream clears trousers, balls, etc.
‘Flicking’ motion with a finger to shake drops

Since I'm extremely germaphobic making me very scared of touching things in bathrooms, I exclusively use urinals in public when possible since it's contactless, or occasionally a single-occupant bathroom (mostly if I need to crap as well.) I don't pee outside. I have before but it's not a habit and I live in the city.
